Has Carlos Correa Snapped Out Of Slump?
3 years agoHouston Astros shortstop Carlos Correa will head into the month of August hoping that his recent offensive struggles are behind him. Correa is hitting only .183 with a .531 OPS since the All-Star break but has shown signs of life. The impending free agent is hitting .321 over his last seven games with a .406 on-base percentage. Correa is having a very strong season, slashing .271/.367/.474 with 16 home runs, 25 doubles, 58 runs batted in and 68 runs scored through 361 at-bats this season.
