According to Evan Woodbery of the MLive Media Group, Detroit Tigers second base prospect Hao-Yu Lee is getting opportunities at third base during spring training. Lee has been primarily deployed at the keystone throughout his time in the minor leagues. However, the team may look to increase his positional flexibility. Last summer, Lee spent the entire campaign at the Double-A level. Across his first look at that level, the 22-year-old performed quite well, holding a .298/.363/.488 slash line. He hit 19 doubles, 12 home runs, and swiped 16 bags. He held a 33:69 BB:K ratio. Across 81 career games at the High-A level, the No. 6 ranked prospect in the system posted a .274/.364/.413 line. If he performs well at spring training, Lee could open the campaign at the Triple-A level and push for a 2025 debut.--Andy Smith
