Tennessee Titans rookie tight end Gunnar Helm has teased fantasy upside in his first NFL season and scored his first career touchdown in the Week 8 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. However, Helm followed that up with one catch for 15 yards in last week's loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. The 23-year-old has a bright future, but in a struggling Titans offense led by rookie quarterback Cameron Ward, he hasn't been much more than a TE3 with upside in fantasy leagues this year. The fourth-round selection out of Texas enters the Week 10 bye with 20 total catches for 187 yards and one touchdown on his 25 targets. Helm is really not much more than a dynasty/keeper stash for the time being, as long as Chig Okonkwo stays healthy. With that said, Tennessee may look to get Helm more involved in the offense for the second half of the season.--Keith Hernandez
