Greg Holland Closes Out Monday's Win Over Pirates
Greg Holland closed out the team's 7-3 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates on Monday. He pitched a perfect ninth inning, allowing no hits or walks while striking out two. This was the second straight victory that Holland closed out for the team. The previous one, against the Minnesota Twins on Sunday, earned him a save. Monday's outing wasn't save eligible due to the team's four-run lead. It appears as if Holland is now the leading candidate for saves with Josh Staumont (knee) sidelined. Holland is worth adding in all leagues in which saves are highly-coveted.
