3 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians said that running back Giovani Bernard (knee) will be out for the Sunday night game against the New England Patriots in Week 4. Bernard suffered a minor MCL sprain in the Week 3 loss to the Los Angeles Rams, but he might only need to miss this one game. With Tampa trailing by multiple scores last week, Bernard was heavily involved, catching nine of 10 targets for 51 yards and his first touchdown as a Buccaneer. It caused many folks to go out and grab him off the waiver wire, but keep in mind that Bernard will likely only see enough volume if Tampa is chasing points. With Bernard out this weekend, Leonard Fournette will have more upside as an RB3/flex.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
