Ezekiel Elliott Should Be Good To Go For Thursday
1 year agoAfter being listed as limited on Monday's estimated injury report, New England Patriots running back Ezekiel Elliott (thigh) was removed from Tuesday's report. It should mean that Elliott won't be in danger of missing the Thursday night clash with the Pittsburgh Steelers to kick off Week 14 action. Meanwhile, fellow backfield mate Rhamondre Stevenson (ankle) will miss at least a few weeks due to the high-ankle sprain he suffered in the Week 13 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday. The 28-year-old Elliott will see a boost in fantasy because of the increase in volume as New England's primary back, but the Pats offense has been the worst in the league and Elliott is averaging under 4.0 yards per carry on the year. Consider him a touchdown-dependent RB3/flex in Week 14.
