Eury Perez Looks Good In Rehab Start
Eury Perez tossed three scoreless innings in his fourth rehab start with Low-A Jupiter on Sunday. Perez allowed three hits and struck out five while walking none. He got up to 42 pitches in this one, which is his highest yet. The righty is expected to make around four more starts in the minors, likely in Triple-A, before returning to the bigs. His long-awaited return from Tommy John surgery is on the horizon, and fantasy managers should be stashing him now in anticipation. The 22-year-old showcased sky-high upside in his rookie campaign and has a chance to become a fantasy asset in the second half of this season. His next rehab start will likely come Friday or Saturday and could be in Triple-A.
