Emmanuel Sanders Misses Another Practice
3 years agoBuffalo Bills wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders (knee) missed his second straight day of practice on Thursday and is looking increasingly likely to miss Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers. The 34-year-old has been trending down in the second half of the season, so fantasy managers were probably already looking for other options in their starting lineups. With Sanders expected to be ruled out on Friday, Stefon Diggs, Cole Beasley and Gabriel Davis will serve as Buffalo's top three receivers against a Panthers defense that has been stingy to receivers through the air in 2021. Beasley looks to be past his rib injury and generated 11 targets last week, putting him in the WR3/flex mix in PPR leagues. Davis will continue to see a larger role as well. He's scored in back-to-back weeks and is worth considering as a WR4/flex. Diggs, as always, is a must-start.
