2 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Eloy Jimenez (calf) left the team's Cactus League game against the Arizona Diamondbacks early on Monday with a cramp in his right calf, according to the team. Fantasy managers should consider Jimenez day-to-day for now, and he shouldn't be in any danger of missing Opening Day at the end of this month. It's a reminder of how brittle the 26-year-old Dominican has been early in his career, as he's only played in over 100 games in a season once in his rookie year in 2019. Jimenez played in just 84 games in 2022, but he hit a strong .295/.358/.500 with an .858 OPS, 16 home runs, 54 RBI and 40 runs scored in 327 plate appearances.
