DeSean Jackson Questionable To Return Monday Night
2 years agoBaltimore Ravens wide receiver DeSean Jackson (hamstring) is questionable to return to the Monday night game against the New Orleans Saints with a hamstring injury. Jackson was making his debut with the team and had caught one of his two targets for 16 yards in the game before leaving. With No. 1 receiver Rashod Bateman (foot) done for the year, D-Jax and others -- Devin Duvernay, James Proche II and Demarcus Robinson -- will be asked to step up in the passing game. Rookie tight end Isaiah Likely is leading the team in receiving early in the fourth quarter with just one catch for a 24-yard touchdown. Jackson can still run despite being 35, but he'll probably be nothing more than a boom/bust deep threat for quarterback Lamar Jackson the rest of the season. It remains to be seen how serious the wideout's injury is.
