5 years agoWashington Redskins interim head coach Bill Callahan said that running back Derrius Guice (knee) could return to practice next week, but nothing is definite. Guice has been bothered by injuries since he came into the NFL, and there remains no timetable for his return. He's still a worthy stash in deeper leagues given the team's newfound commitment to the run under Callahan, but Washington's offense as a whole doesn't have much upside the rest of the way. They also still have Adrian Peterson and Chris Thompson in the backfield, which makes it hard to predict a big role for Guice whenever he's fully healthy.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
