Danton Heinen Draws Back Into Lineup
7 years agoAfter being a healthy scratch for Game 6, Boston Bruins forward Danton Heinen will replace Tommy Wingels in the lineup Wednesday. Heinen has no points in the series and carries a negative-one plus/minus rating. On the bottom two lines, he’s been averaging just under 13:00 minutes of ice time per game. These stats don’t jump off the page, but what Heinen does possess over Wingels is better possession stats and the trust of head coach Bruce Cassidy. Neither player holds any DFS value heading into a decisive Game 7. Heinen appears to be skating on the third line with Riley Nash and David Backes. Leave Heinen on the wire and look for production elsewhere for Wednesday’s tilt.
