Minnesota Timberwolves guard D'Angelo Russell (ankle) was injured during Monday's matchup against the Magic. The 25-year-old sprained his right ankle during the first half and was subsequently ruled out for the remainder of the contest. Before succumbing to the ailment, Russell has was having a rough night, shooting just 1-for-8 from the field for only three points throughout 17 minutes. Although his status is up in the air for Wednesday's showdown against the Clippers, it wouldn't be a surprise if he wasn't available. In his stead, Jordan McLaughlin and Malik Beasley should get some extra run, although the latter should be the preferred option for fantasy purposes.
