Miami Marlins starting pitcher Dan Straily (forearm) was activated from the 10-day disabled list on Monday. The team placed reliever Tyler Cloyd on the paternity list in a corresponding move. Straily will make his season debut against the Phillies on Tuesday, but he's not a recommended streamer given his poor rehab outings in the minors. Straily had a 4.26 ERA, 1.299 WHIP and 8.4 K/9 in a career-high 33 starts last year (181 2/3 innings) for the Fish and could become their ace in 2018. He's worth considering in deep mixed and NL-only leagues in the right matchups.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
