2 years agoThe Atlanta Falcons are considered likely to go with a cornerback prospect with the eighth overall pick in the first round of Thursday night's NFL draft, as long as both Illinois' Devon Witherspoon and Oregon's Christian Gonzalez aren't already gone. Landing one of those two players to play opposite A.J. Terrell would give the Falcons defense an extremely talented duo on the outside. If neither player is available, ESPN draft analyst Todd McShay thinks Atlanta would consider trading back. There's also a chance that the Falcons would go with stud Texas running back Bijan Robinson in this spot if both cornerbacks are off the board and they are unable to trade back within the first round.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
