Kansas City Chiefs defensive end Charles Omenihu (knee) was listed as a full participant in the team's first practice of the week on Tuesday. The Chiefs opened Omenihu's 21-day practice window to return from the Physically Unable to Perform list on Nov. 13, so he's been practicing for a bit, but Tuesday was his first full session. The 27-year-old suffered a torn ACL in his knee in the AFC Championship against the Baltimore Ravens earlier in 2024 but could be poised to make his season debut on Friday against the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders. Before suffering the serious injury in last year's postseason, Omenihu had a career-high seven sacks in 11 games, so this is a pretty significant addition to KC's defensive line the rest of the way in 2024. The Chiefs defense will be a must-start fantasy unit against the two-win Raiders this week.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
