Kansas City Chiefs running back Charcandrick West (illness), who missed the Week 17 game, is practicing in full Tuesday. The Chiefs likely held West out in a meaningless game against the Broncos, and it looks like he's back on track to return as Kareem Hunt's backup for the Wild-Card round this weekend against the Titans. With Hunt being the workhorse back, West will not have fantasy appeal if he's back.--Keith Hernandez
