Vegas Golden Knights center Chandler Stephenson began his 2023-24 campaign with a two-point effort in Tuesday night's victory over the visiting Seattle Kraken. The 29-year-old got the scoring started for Vegas with a first-period tally before adding an assist on Jack Eichel's empty-net goal with just over a minute remaining in his club's straightforward 4-1 win over their division rival. Stephenson has been a solid contributor for the Golden Knights over the last two seasons, notching a career-high 21 goals along with 64 points in the 2021-22 season before chipping in 16 goals and a career-high 65 points last season. He is a solid depth fantasy piece in deeper leagues but his lack of shots on goal -- just 120 of them in 81 games last season -- puts a cap on his fantasy value.--Brenton Kemp
