Cleveland Browns wide receiver Cedric Tillman (hamstring) is expected to play in Week 10 against the Jets. The wideout appeared in only four games this season, amassing 11 receptions (20 targets) for 106 yards and two touchdowns. Unfortunately, he injured his hamstring and has been sitting on the shelf for over a month. Tillman practiced in full everyday this week, so his activation from the Injured Reserve list on Saturday wasn't surprising. All things considered, it's unknown if he'll be limited in his first game back. However, Tillman's presence may be enough to lower the ceiling of Jerry Jeudy and David Njoku. That would apply to Harold Fannin Jr. (hamstring), who is also in line to suit up versus New York.--Dennis Clausen
