5 years agoThe New York Yankees replaced starting pitcher CC Sabathia (shoulder) on the American League Championship Series roster on Friday with reliever Ben Heller. Sabathia suffered a subluxation of his left shoulder joint in his relief appearance in the Game 4 loss to the Astros on Thursday night. The left-hander announced before this season that 2019 would be his last, so unfortunately Sabathia will end his career in the playoffs on a sour note. The veteran hurler spent his last 11 seasons in pinstripes and should get into the Hall of Fame eventually.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
