Cameron Jordan Tests Positive For COVID-19
3 years agoNew Orleans Saints defensive end Cameron Jordan tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday and was placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list, according to a source. If Jordan is vaccinated, he will need to be asymptomatic and return two negative tests 24 hours apart in order to be cleared to play in Week 14 against the New York Jets. If he is unvaccinated, he'll be quarantined for 10 days and will be inactive this Sunday. With a nice matchup against the Jets this weekend, New Orleans would be missing one of their best pass-rushers if Jordan doesn't get cleared in time. The 32-year-old six-time Pro Bowler has racked up 38 tackles (22 solo), six tackles for loss, 13 QB hits, a forced fumble and four sacks in 12 games so far in 2021.
