Cam Akers To Handle Bulk Of The Carries Against Bengals
Los Angeles Rams running back Cam Akers is expected to handle the majority of the carries during Super Bowl LVI versus the Bengals. Akers sustained a shoulder injury during the NFC Championship against the San Francisco 49ers and had been questionable to take the field. The 22-year-old hasn't played well throughout his three postseason appearances, accumulating only 151 yards off 54 carries. Nevertheless, with some much-needed time off, Akers should be near 100 percent. As a result, DFS participants should consider him the preferred option out of the Rams' backfield on Sunday.
