Colorado Avalanche defenseman Cale Makar finished with a goal and an assist in Saturday's 6-4 victory against the Kraken in Game 3 of the Western Conference first-round series. Makar picked up an assist on forward J.T. Compher's short-handed first period goal, and later scored his first goal of the series to extend the Avalanche lead to two at the time. Makar has collected three points through the first three games of the series, and the dynamic defenseman has a history of contributing in a big way in the playoffs as he totaled eight goals and 29 points through 20 games on the way to becoming the Stanley Cup champions last season.--Denis Vondrus - RotoBaller
