The Denver Broncos selected Ohio State linebacker Baron Browning with the last pick of the third round (No. 105 overall) of the 2021 NFL draft on Friday night. Browning is underrated because of his size (6-foot-3, 240 pounds), but he has prototypical size to play the Mike linebacker position as a run-stopping force. He also has enough mobility to drop into zone coverage, which will give defensive-minded head coach Vic Fangio some intriguing possibilities to confuse the opposing offense. His size could also make him an option for covering tight ends. Browning's advanced technique and awareness of the game give him the necessary intangibles. Can be hurt by his aggressiveness, but over time, Browning could become an excellent all-around linebacker.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
