Alex Bregman Breaks Out Of Homer Drought
After a cold start to May, Houston Astros third baseman Alex Bregman extended a five-game hitting streak with his first home run since April 11th. It was just Bregman's second home run of the season, and his slugging percentage currently stands at .369. Despite a .370 OBP, Bregman has been a source of frustration for fantasy owners who drafted him in the early rounds. Bregman hopes to extend his hitting streak and power stroke against the Athletics on Monday, as Oakland currently owns a 4.03 ERA against right-handers.
