Penske Racing's Brad Keselowski failed the pre-qualifying inspection twice on Friday at ISM Raceway leading to the ejection of crewmember Brandon "Shaggy" Pope, an engineer. He is part of the No. 2 driver's 12-person road crew, and he was removed from the roster for the remainder of the weekend in Phoenix. It didn't seem to bug Keselowski, as he posted the second-fastest lap in the opening round of practice on Friday. This will be his 20th-career start at ISM Raceway, and he is still searching for his first checkered flag. He has six top-5s and nine top-10s with an Average-Finish Position of 13.5, seventh-best among all active drivers with at least five starts.--Daniel DobishRead More News
