The Cincinnati Bengals signed free-agent linebacker Tarell Basham to an undisclosed deal, according to his agent, Kenny Zuckerman. Basham was originally a third-round pick by the Indianapolis Colts out of Ohio in the 2017 draft. In his six-year NFL career, he's spent time with the Colts, New York Jets, Dallas Cowboys and Tennessee Titans. Most recently in 2022, he had just five tackles (one solo) in seven games with the Cowboys and Titans. The 29-year-old will compete for a rotational role in Cincinnati with the likes of Cameron Sample, Jeff Gunter and Owen Carney. So far in his NFL career, Basham has 128 tackles (70 solo), 11 sacks, 13 tackles for loss, 35 QB hits, one interception, seven passes defensed, five forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries in 82 games (18 starts).--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
