Avonte Maddox, Landon Dickerson Will Play Sunday
2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles cornerback Avonte Maddox (toe) and offensive guard Landon Dickerson (elbow) both put in full practices on Friday and were removed from the final injury report for Super Bowl LVII. They will both be available to face the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. Maddox was injured in Week 16 but returned for the NFC Championship while playing only 19 of 41 defensive snaps in the secondary. With a week of extra rest, the 26-year-old should see more playing time as the Eagles look to slow Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce down. Dickerson was injured in the NFC title game, but the injury wasn't all that serious and he will return to starting left guard duties against the Chiefs. It's good news for Jalen Hurts and Philly's ground game.
