Anthony Miller To Make Debut Thursday
3 years agoHouston Texans wide receiver Anthony Miller will make his season and team debut on Thursday night against the Carolina Panthers. Miller was a healthy scratch for the first two weeks of the season, but he'll be on the field for the first time in Week 3 with Danny Amendola (hamstring) unlikely to play and rookie Nico Collins (shoulder) already ruled out. Miller suffered a shoulder injury in the preseason, but he's healthy now and should be in three-wide sets on Thursday alongside Brandin Cooks and Chris Conley. The 26-year-old is expected to replace Amendola in the slot, although he'll be making his first start with rookie Davis Mills at the helm with Tyrod Taylor out. Miller is worth keeping an eye on in much deeper leagues, but we wouldn't recommend starting him just yet.
