Andy Jones Showing Consistency In Practice
6 years agoDetroit Lions wide receiver Andy Jones, who is on the bubble this summer, has shown the most consistency in practices. He's a good blocker and was on the receiving end of a lot of Matthew Stafford targets on Thursday. Jones can also play gunner in punt coverage on special teams, which could give him a leg up as the fourth receiver on the roster behind Kenny Golladay, Marvin Jones and Danny Amendola this year. Jones had 11 catches for 80 yards and a touchdown in his eight games last season for Detroit. Unless an injury occurs ahead of him, he's just a name to keep in mind this summer.
