Montreal Canadiens forward Alex Newhook (upper body) should be in the lineup for his team's first regular season game against Toronto on October 11th. Last season with the Avalanche, Newhook notched 14 goals and added 16 assists, playing in all 82 regular season games. The 22-year-old centerman should start on the Canadien's third or fourth line. Before playing In Montreal, Newhook spent the first three years of his NHL career in Denver.--Andrew Lennox
