4 years agoHouston Astros third baseman Alex Bregman was unable to participate in the team's workout on Wednesday because his COVID-19 test results were delayed. The situation is being described as a "snafu" and team sources have declared that Bregman is "fine." But this is the second such test that has delayed an Astros player from joining the team in the past few days, something that should concern MLB in regards to the efficiency of their testing process. The runner-up to the 2019 MVP is integral to the Astros success during this season's 60-game sprint. He should be able to join the team in workouts by the end of the week.--Joey C - RotoBaller
