MLB DFS: DraftKings, FanDuel Daily Fantasy Baseball Picks (9/26/24) - Today's Top Lineups

Juan Soto - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, MLB Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

Free daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for today's slate on DraftKings, FanDuel. Use Euan's MLB DFS expert picks to build winning DFS lineups on September 26, 2024.

Happy Thursday, RotoBallers! It's the final Thursday of the regular season, and it's great that MLB has left us with... (checks notes)... three games?! Oh well, we Thursday DFS players are used to it by now. It doesn't help that the Braves-Mets game has already been postponed.

There's still a lot to play for on Thursday's three-game slate. The Yankees and Dodgers could both pop bottles at the end of their games with a win. It would mean a division crown for both clubs as they set their sights on the No. 1 seed in their respective leagues.

This article will provide my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 9/26/2024 and the slate locking at 7:05 p.m. EDT. The lineup picks will range from some elite players to mid-priced options and value plays. You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for other sports here. Monitoring injury news and today's MLB starting lineups is also essential.

DraftKings, FanDuel Pitchers - MLB DFS Lineup Picks

Joe Musgrove - RHP, SD at Dodgers ($8.6K DraftKings; $9.8K FD)

Joe Musgrove may have the hardest matchup amongst Thursday's three-game slate. However, the Dodgers may have to face the most in-form pitcher in baseball. The Padres pitcher has been lights out since returning from the IL in August.

Since Aug. 23, the former Pirates righty has thrown 35 1.3 innings over six starts with a 2.29 ERA, 0.85 WHIP, and 44 strikeouts. While L.A. is red-hot at the plate, DFS managers can bag a differential by backing Musgrove in a tough matchup to end his regular season.

David Festa - RHP, MIN vs. Marlins ($7.4K DK; $8.1K FD)

David Festa doesn't go deep into ball games but loves racking up strikeouts. Since joining the Twins on June 27, the 24-year-old has a 28.1 percent strikeout rate and a 10.8 K/9.

DraftKings, FanDuel Infielders - MLB DFS Lineup Picks

Jonah Bride - 1B/3B, MIA at David Festa ($2.8K DK; $2.8K FD)

While David Festa loves a strikeout, the Marlins are loving matchups against right-handed pitching in September. Over the last month, Miami is in the top three for OPS (.805) and wOBA (.347) against righties. That's been helped by Jonah Bride's .911 OPS and three extra-base hits (two home runs) from the last week.

Manny Machado - 3B, SD at Walker Buehler ($5.3K DK; $3.6K FD)

Manny Machado leads all third basemen with 13.5 FanDuel PPG over the last 10 games. The six-time All-Star has been crucial to San Diego's playoff push with 12 runs, 27 RBI, 13 extra-base hits, four stolen bases, and a .905 OPS over the last month.

Gunnar Henderson - SS, BAL at Gerrit Cole ($6.1K DK; $4.2K FD)

Outside of Shohei Ohtani, Gunnar Henderson is the most expensive infielder for tonight's slate. The Orioles shortstop is on a seven-game hit streak with three multi-hit efforts in that run. He's also 3-for-9 versus Gerrit Cole with a double, home run, and 1.178 OPS.

DraftKings, FanDuel Outfielders - MLB DFS Lineup Picks

Juan Soto - OF, NYY vs. Corbin Burnes ($6.3K DK; $4.5K FD)

Everyone is watching Aaron Judge's chase for 60 home runs, but Juan Soto is right at the end of a career year as he heads toward free agency. The 24-year-old has set new highs in runs and home runs and only needs three RBI to break that career mark.

Teoscar Hernandez - OF, LAD vs. Joe Musgrove ($4.9K DK; $3.5K FD)

It's hard to stand out on a team with Shohei Ohtani, Mookie Betts, and Freddie Freeman, but Teoscar Hernandez has been fantastic in his first season with the Dodgers. He's two home runs shy of a new career-high, and his 13.04 FD PPG is the fourth-most at the position over the last 10 games.

Trevor Larnach - OF, MIN vs. Valente Bellozo ($2.9K DK; $3.0K FD)

Minnesota is stumbling to the finish line of the AL Wild Card race, but it's not due to Trevor Larnach's lack of performance. The Twins' outfielder has a .885 OPS over the last week, with three multi-hit efforts in his previous five games.

DraftKings, FanDuel MLB DFS Stacks

1. Minnesota Twins vs. Valente Bellozo - RHP, MIA

Favorite Plays: Carlos Correa, Trevor Larnach, Byron Buxton

2. San Diego Padres at Walker Buehler - RHP, LAD

Favorite Plays: Jurickson Profar, Jackson Merrill, Xander Bogaerts
