Who Should I Start for Fantasy Football Week 3? Keenan Allen, Travis Etienne Jr., Courtland Sutton, Rome Odunze, Jameson Williams, Marvin Harrison Jr., George Pickens, Keon Coleman, Jaylen Waddle

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen once again made an impact in Monday night's 20-9 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders, catching five of seven targets for 61 yards and a touchdown. He remains reliable and continues to earn quarterback Justin Herbert's trust in key moments.

His 33% red-zone target share through two games shows he's a primary option near the goal line. The Week 3 matchup against the Denver Broncos will be challenging, as their secondary is among the best in the league.

However, Allen's ability to get separation on short routes and move the chains should keep him heavily involved. If the veteran stays healthy, he looks to be a strong WR2/3 with touchdown upside going forward.

Chicago Bears wide receiver Rome Odunze is putting together a strong second season in the Windy City. He hauled in six receptions and scored a touchdown in the season opener. Odunze was able to top that performance this Sunday.

He snagged seven of his 11 targets for 128 yards and two touchdowns in the blowout loss to the Detroit Lions. Odunze scored both touchdowns in the first half as the Bears tried to keep this a competitive game. It was an ugly loss for Chicago, but it's good to see Odunze and quarterback Caleb Williams building solid chemistry together.

For Week 3, Rome Odunze should be on the WR2 radar for their matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. A defensive unit that just got carved up for 450 yards by Russell Wilson.

Detroit Lions wide receiver Jameson Williams recorded 108 receiving yards in his team's 52-21 Week 2 victory over the Chicago Bears, including a 44-yard touchdown catch. However, Williams hauled in just two passes on four targets, raising questions about whether his role will be expanded beyond being a downfield threat in 2025.

The 24-year-old Williams is unquestionably explosive with the ball in his hands, averaging over 17 yards per reception for his career. Still, he's recorded just six catches on nine targets through the first two games of the season after averaging under four catches per game in 2024.

As one of the league's most explosive downfield threats, Jameson Williams still profiles as a boom/bust fantasy WR3/flex option in Week 3 until proven otherwise.

While Arizona Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon said he's not concerned about the amount of targets that second-year wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. gets, he knows that his being involved is what is best for the offense. "I know he's got to touch the football for our offense to play at its premium," Gannon said.

Harrison had five catches on six targets for 71 yards and a touchdown in the Week 1 win over the New Orleans Saints, but he caught only two of five targets for 27 yards in the Week 2 victory over the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. The Cardinals got out to a big early lead and took their foot off the gas pedal in an eventual 27-22 win, so Harrison wasn't really needed.

The Arizona Cardinals' second-year pro and quarterback Kyler Murray reportedly worked on their chemistry this offseason, but it hasn't looked great through two games. Fantasy managers will be expecting a bounce-back game in Week 3 against the division-rival San Francisco 49ers.

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Keon Coleman, the team's leading pass catcher so far this season, will enter a favorable matchup against the Miami Dolphins in Week 3. Miami, which may go without injured starting cornerback Storm Duck (ankle), hasn't had an answer for opposing passing games this year. The Dolphins are giving up 33 points per game and have allowed the NFL's highest completion percentage (78.8).

That looks auspicious for Coleman, who caught all three targets for a modest 26 yards against No. 1 cornerback Sauce Gardner and the New York Jets' secondary last Sunday. The Bills beat the Jets handily while leaning on the run, whereas they took a pass-happy approach in a Week 1 victory over the Baltimore Ravens. Coleman looked like a budding star in the opener.

While the second-year man remains unproven, he should be among the beneficiaries if Buffalo's Josh Allen-led aerial attack rebounds from an underwhelming Week 2 performance on Thursday.
