DraftKings USFL DFS Lineup Picks for Week 6: Daily Fantasy Football Advice

USFL DFS lineup picks draftkings daily fantasy football

Justin Carter's top USFL DFS lineup picks for DraftKings for the sixth week of the 2022 USFL season. These Week 6 picks vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks.

The sixth week of the USFL is here. And as always, RotoBaller has you covered with some daily fantasy picks.

In this article I will be providing you with daily fantasy football USFL DFS picks on DraftKings for Week 6 of the USFL season. These lineups can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks.

This slate locks on May 21st at 1:00 p.m. ET. If you have any questions, you can follow me on Twitter: @juscarts

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

USFL Quarterback DFS Picks

Kyle Sloter (New Orleans Breakers) - vs Pittsburgh ($11,000)

No USFL position is more top heavy than QB, which is why I'm once again recommending you play Kyle Sloter, who has been the league's best passer. He leads the league in passing yards by a wide margin, as he sits at 1,226 and second place Jordan Ta'amu is at 834. Sloter's seven touchdowns tie him for the league lead, though his seven interceptions are definitely worrisome.

De'Andre Johnson (New Jersey Generals) - vs Houston ($8,400)

If you want to save money at QB, look at Johnson. The fact that he splits time with Luis Perez brings some heavy risk in, but Johnson saw most of the time under center last week, going 14-for-21 with 213 yards plus adding 10 carries for 39 yards and two touchdowns. He's had at least 10 carries in each game, giving him a nice rushing floor. If last week is an indication that he'll see the bulk of the passing work too, then there's some really good value with Johnson.

USFL Running Back DFS Picks

Jordan Ellis (New Orleans Breakers) - vs Pittsburgh ($8,500)

Ellis saw his fewest rushing attempts last week against New Jersey, but even then, he still had 12 carries plus was targeted once. New Orleans should be in control of this game, allowing Ellis to get a lot of second half carries. The Maulers allow the third-most rushing yards per game. Ellis should get a lot of opportunities in this one.

Juwan Washington (Tampa Bay Bandits) - vs. Philadelphia ($4,500)

With BJ Emmons out last week, Washington had 14 carries, which resulted in 48 yards and two touchdowns. Philadelphia allows the most rushing yards per game in the USFL and Emmons still holds a questionable tag heading into the game, so I think there's some really good upside if you take the risk on Washington. But be warned: two weeks ago he had just three carries against Birmingham, so this isn't necessarily a safe bet.

USFL Wide Receiver/Tight End DFS Picks

Isaiah Zuber (Houston Gamblers) - vs New Jersey ($10,200)

Zuber continues to show why he's one of the highest priced receivers in DFS, as he had his fourth touchdown of the season last week. He has a catch of at least 20 yards in four of the team's five games and has seven or more targets in three of the last four games. The Generals are in the bottom half of the league when it comes to passing yards allowed, so we can at least call this matchup neutral if not good.

Jordan Suell (Philadelphia Stars) - vs Tampa Bay ($7,900)

Suell's numbers have been up and down all year, but he had nine targets last week. As long as the Stars keep throwing the ball, someone will take advantage, and last week's target numbers lead me to believe it'll be Suell. Risky, but I think this could pay off.

Marlon Williams (Birmingham Stallions) - vs Michigan ($5,100)

Eight targets last week for Williams, who turned those into five catches for 74 yards and a touchdown. He's now found the end zone in three of the last four games. That's a good trend to keep an eye on, as it the fact that he's been heavily targeted in two of the last three games, even though his actual reception numbers have been low.

Tre Walker (Pittsburgh Maulers) - vs New Orleans ($4,400)

Pittsburgh has started getting Walker heavily involved in things but his DFS price hasn't caught up to that.

In Week 4, he was targeted 17 times, catching nine of those for 110 yards. And while that could have been a fluke, he followed it up with 13 targets against Houston last week, catchung 10 of them for 92 yards. Just a wildly high target share for Walker. Bailey Gaither gets most of the attention here because he's the one finding the end zone, but expect the Maulers to keep peppering Walker with targets.

USFL D/ST DFS Picks

Birmingham Stallions - vs Michigan ($5,300)

As I've said before, I like targeting teams against Michigan. The Bandits defense had its second-best fantasy showing of the season last week against Michigan, for instance. The Panthers have thrown the third-most interceptions in the league, been sacked the third-nost times and have a minus-three turnover differential.

As for Birmingham, the team has picked off four passes and foreced six fumbles this year, plus has a safety. Most expensive DST on the slate, but I think it's worth it because of the matchup.
