DraftKings NFL DFS Picks for Week 4 - Top Plays, Value Picks, Lineup Advice for Main Slate (2025)

Puka Nacua - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News - icon rotoballer

Jamie's DraftKings NFL DFS Week 4 picks, value plays, DFS sleepers for the main slate (2025). His top DK plays and value picks for daily fantasy football lineups.

Week 3 is in the books, your waivers have (probably) happened already, and we're ready for a fresh look at Week 4! This week is already bustling with news. We're dealing with injuries to CeeDee Lamb, Mike Evans, and Tyrone Tracy Jr., and it's also the debut of Jaxson Dart (which the Giants fan in me hopes is...fun).

The beauty of DFS is that we don't have to worry about waivers and who we're going to replace our main guys with this week. It's just a game of finding the right salary plays, and hopefully watching the money roll in. Shoutout to my RotoBaller crew for crushing it in the seasonal rankings (I'm still #1!), and thanks to all who interacted with my rankings article on X and Reddit (the Week 4 edition will be out tomorrow).

Be sure to jump into our RotoBaller Discord! We have so many different channels devoted to whatever you're playing in fantasy football. We also have lots of great NFL DFS articles and NFL DFS tools to help you win MORE this season! Good luck with your DraftKings DFS lineups -- let's dominate this Week 4 slate together!

DraftKings Quarterbacks - Week 4 DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

Patrick Mahomes, KC vs BAL ($6,000)

Patrick Mahomes is bringing unique fantasy upside to the table this year, as he leads the NFL in rushing yards in addition to his passing prowess. He only had two rushing yards against the Giants in week 3, but it seems to be the outlier as he's maintained his lead over the field. This week, Mahomes will take part in the premier game of the week against Baltimore.

The Ravens came into this season as one of the most vaunted defenses in the NFL after leading the league in sacks in 2024. However, they've been anything but, allowing 38 points to the Lions and 41 to the Bills. Mahomes will be getting speedster Xavier Worthy back for this one, which should open up the offense significantly.

Baltimore has allowed the fourth-most FPPG to opposing QBs, along with the third-most passing plays above 20 yards. This game has a tight spread and is currently totaled at 48.5.

VALUE PLAY

Drake Maye, NE vs CAR ($5,500)

Picking among the Patriots' RBs and WRs has been a fool's errand this year, but Drake Maye has been the model of not only consistency but upside. Maye is currently the QB6 in fantasy, yet is priced below 12 quarterbacks on the main slate. Maye has slung the ball 106 times through three games this year, while also averaging seven carries per game.

I'm not ready to anoint the Carolina defense as the next big thing after their shutout of Atlanta. They allowed a total of 53 points through the first two games and only have one sack, so the arrow is up for Maye. The Patriots have an implied total of 25 points, and Maye's price tag allows you to fit in some necessary skill-position studs.

If you REALLY need to save money, consider dropping down to Jaxson Dart for his debut, but Maye's floor makes more sense for cash.

Other options - Justin Herbert, Caleb Williams, Jaxson Dart

DraftKings Running Backs - Week 4 DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

Christian McCaffrey, SF vs JAX ($8,500)

As long as he's healthy (knock on wood), there is no player in the NFL that's more money in the bank than Christian McCaffrey. He's currently the RB2 in PPR formats and has 77 touches and 32 targets through three games. There was once a time when peak McCaffrey was priced up over $10k on DraftKings, and it was because of numbers like these.

The Jaguars have been pretty solid at controlling RB efficiency this season (fourth-fewest FPPG allowed), but McCaffrey's role in the passing game is far too large to ignore. Even if Jauan Jennings returns on Sunday, George Kittle's continued absence should lock McCaffrey into another high-volume game. There are GPP pivots, but McCaffrey should be considered a core play in cash games.

VALUE PLAY

Omarion Hampton, LAC @ NYG ($5,900)

I was so low on this guy in redraft season that I didn't think he'd ever make my articles, but here we are. Najee Harris' unfortunate Achilles injury should thrust Omarion Hampton into a bellcow role. After Harris went down, Hampton put up 129 total yards on 25 touches and a 79% snap rate. I'm sure they'll use a veteran to spell Hampton, but after his success against Denver, it's fair to unleash him.

With Dart now under center for the Giants, it's tough to guess what the game script will be for this one. However, New York has been pretty consistently bad against RBs this season, allowing 5.2 YPC and the fifth-most FPPG. At under $6k, Hampton should be a cash staple, but it's fair to fade him in GPP for the passing game, which currently leads the NFL in Pass Rate Over Expectation.

Other options - Jonathan Taylor, James Cook, Cam Skattebo

DraftKings Wide Receivers - Week 4 DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

Puka Nacua, LAR vs IND ($7,900)

Any concerns over Davante Adams' role affecting Puka Nacua this season should now be largely assuaged. Adams is thriving with the Rams (29 targets, eight RZ targets, 47% air yards share), and Nacua STILL leads the NFL in catches, receiving yards, and yards per route run. You've got a premium price tag on him now, but it's worth it.

This is Week 4's highest total game at 50.5 points, and Nacua's matchup looks even better with the Colts losing top CB Kenny Moore. The Rams seem to have the most concentrated passing offense in the NFL, with Puka and Adams having 74 of Matthew Stafford's 99 targets, and you could conceivably run them both in any contest.

VALUE PLAY

Jakobi Meyers, LV vs CHI ($5,400)

Despite the Raiders possessing all-world TE Brock Bowers and the newly minted Tre Tucker, it's Jakobi Meyers who leads the Raiders in targets with 26. Meyers is the perfect floor play for cash, and the matchup adds upside as the Bears have allowed the second-most FPPG to opposing WRs.

Meyers' bugaboo was always his red zone share, and that's holding true this year. For that, it's fair to call Bowers and Tucker the upside plays for stacks. However, Meyers is the model of PPR consistency and is fantasy's WR22 despite having zero TDs.

Other options - Malik Nabers, Davante Adams, Keenan Allen, Chris Olave

DraftKings Tight Ends - Week 4 DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

Brock Bowers, LV vs CHI ($5,800)

There's really no need to spend on TE in cash this week, but Brock Bowers' TE1 overall upside is unquestioned with Trey McBride not on the main slate and George Kittle injured. Bowers' knee injury has clearly been hindering him, but he's now practicing in full, which is a fantastic sign.

With fellow TE Michael Mayer injured, Bowers is looking at an even higher snap share than usual, and he gets a prime matchup against Chicago. This year, the Bears have allowed the most yards per play and have also given up the most receptions and the 10th-most FPPG to opposing tight ends.

VALUE PLAY

Hunter Henry, NE vs CAR ($4,000)

While there is no bankable guy in the mishmosh that is New England's wide receiver room, Hunter Henry is clearly Maye's boo for the second year in a row. Henry currently leads all Patriots pass-catchers in targets with 22, and is coming off an 8-90-2 game against the Steelers in which he saw a game-high 11 targets.

Again, Carolina's overall defense SHOULD be a mirage of what we saw against the Falcons last week. Even if they are a legit squad overall, they remain inept at defending the TE position. This season, they've allowed the most receiving yards and the ninth-most FPPG to the position, and Henry is a value at $4k.

Other options - Tyler Warren, Zach Ertz, Brenton Strange
