Cedric Tillman is a fantasy football waiver wire pickup option for wide receivers. Target him as a free agent add off waivers for Week 9 of the 2024 NFL season.
BALLER MOVE: Add in any leagues where he is available
ROSTERED IN: 18% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: Cedric Tillman is a priority waiver add for Week 9. Since Amari Cooper was traded to Buffalo two weeks ago, Tillman has a 24.1% target share to go with 15 receptions for 180 yards and two TDs. Tillman looks capable without quarterback Deshaun Watson (Achilles) throwing ducks all over the field.

With Jameis Winston now running the offense, we should get a better idea of how a Kevin Stefanski-run offense is supposed to look. We should temper our expectations for the Browns going forward (as the Ravens' secondary was depleted with injuries in Week 8), but there's no doubt that Winston makes this offense capable again.
Tillman, a second-year player from Tennessee, was a third-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft who was largely buried on the depth chart. The Browns likely want to get a good look at him the rest of the way, and he should see plenty of targets.
