ANALYSIS: Alright, let’s talk about Cedric Tillman and his fantasy outlook for Week 10. Since the Browns shipped Amari Cooper off to Buffalo, Tillman has stepped up with 21 catches for 255 yards and three touchdowns over the last three games. And honestly, he's looking sharp out there, especially without Deshaun Watson's lack of arm strength holding Tillman back.

With Jameis Winston now under center, we’re finally about to see what a Kevin Stefanski offense could look like when it’s moving the ball. Sure, we should keep our expectations in check, but Winston’s presence makes this offense feel more dangerous even with his inconsistent play.
Tillman’s a second-year guy out of Tennessee, drafted in the third round last year, but he's been buried on the depth chart up until now. Safe to say, the Browns are ready to see what he’s got for the rest of the season, and he should be seeing plenty of targets.
