The Detroit Lions are exploring trade options involving linebacker Jamie Collins, according to sources. The Lions have opted to go younger at the position, which means that Collins could be on his way out the door if Detroit finds a match with another club. With Collins reducing his salary on a restructured contract this spring, it's likely to make him more attractive to interested teams as well. The 31-year-old Pro Bowler back in 2015 with the New England Patriots has 10 tackles (seven solo) and a fumble recovery through the first two games of the 2021 season, but he looked a step slow in the Monday night loss to the Green Bay Packers. Rookie fourth-rounder Derrick Barnes could have a bigger role if Collins is dealt. With or without Collins, the Detroit defense needs to be avoided in fantasy.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
