New York Rangers defenseman Jacob Trouba will miss his team's clash with the Philadelphia Flyers on Thursday due to an upper-body injury. The 27-year-old sustained the injury in Tuesday's loss to the Islanders, only skating 3:18 of ice time in the contest. It's been a trying year for Trouba in the Big Apple in 2020-2021 as the blueliner has registered just 12 points (two goals, 10 assists), a plus-three rating, 70 shots and 111 hits in 38 contests. Rookie defenseman Zac Jones will likely make his NHL debut on Thursday while replacing Trouba in the lineup.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
