New York Islanders center Brock Nelson scored two goals in Sunday's 5-2 win over Buffalo, finishing with four shots and a plus-two rating. The 29-year-old had a quiet start to the season with three points in January, but he's been a consistent performer on a very good team since then, and now starts next week on a three-game point streak. Nelson has nine goals and 14 points for the season in 25 games with a minus-five rating and 53 shots, so he clearly has some room for improvement. The Islanders start next week with a tough matchup against Boston, but they will then play a three-game set against the struggling Devils, who have a league-worst 63.9 percent penalty kill and own the seventh-worst goals-against average in the league.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
