Sunday Night Football DFS Lineup Picks for FanDuel, DraftKings - Ravens vs. Patriots

Lamar Jackson - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Thunder Dan's top NFL DFS lineup picks for FanDuel, DraftKings for Week 10 Sunday Night Football - Patriots vs. Ravens. His daily fantasy football advice and value plays.

Welcome to Week 10 of Sunday Night Football! It's hard to believe we are already over halfway through this NFL season, but here we are. The Ravens come into this game as touchdown favorites on the road and Vegas has the total pegged at 43.5 (which would be one of the lowest totals on the main slate for reference).

Baltimore is coming off a big win against the Indianapolis Colts last week while the Patriots needed a fourth-quarter comeback to fend off the winless Jets last Monday night. While I am not a huge believer in the Ravens being an elite team, this game is still a huge mismatch in my opinion and the 7-point spread would easily be double digits if the Patriots weren't at home.

In this article, I will be providing you with daily fantasy football picks on FanDuel and DraftKings for the Sunday Night Football slate on November 14th (Week 10). These lineups can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on both DraftKings and FanDuel.

DFS Quarterbacks

Lamar Jackson (16,500 FD, 12,400 DK, 18,600 DK captain)

Cam Newton (17,000 FD, 10,800 DK)

Both teams want to run the ball and have quarterbacks who are rushing threats. Jackson is having a solid year and is one year removed from an MVP season while Cam Newton has struggled at times in his first year in New England.

Jackson is the priority here and the obvious choice for MVP/Captain even as the most expensive option. The Patriots Defense ranks 31st overall in DVOA - 30th against the pass and 31st against the run. The Ravens should find success running the ball which is going to set up Jackson in the play-action passing game. He should account for several scores tonight either through the air or on the ground and is the best bet to be the high-scorer on the slate.

The pricing on Cam Newton makes it really tough to fit both QBs into your lineup. Cam is certainly capable of a big game, but the Ravens blitzing defense is going to force him into some quick throws and possibly some turnovers. I don't think the optimal build has both QBs in it at these prices.

DFS Running Backs

Rex Burkhead (10,00 FD, 6,800 DK)

The Ravens sport the #1 ranked run defense and shut down a potent rushing attack of the Colts last week. The Patriots lead back Damien Harris is questionable for tonight's contest and even if he goes, he's too expensive for my tastes in a poor matchup. Sexy Rexy had 12 carries last week and three catches out of the backfield and is likely to get a lot of work again tonight. His versatility is badly needed by the Patriots offense. James White has really seen his snap share go down of late, but could be a sneaky play here too if the Patriots end up having to abandon the run game and throw a bunch.

J.K. Dobbins (10,500 FD, 8,400 DK)
Gus Edwards (10,000 FD, 2,400 DK)

Keep an eye on Mark Ingram's status for this game. He's currently questionable and if he ends up playing it's going to create a mess in the Baltimore backfield as they could revert to the three-headed monster approach.

In Ingram's absence, both Dobbins and Edwards have played well. Both had great games against Pittsburgh and then saw 14 and 13 touches last week against Indy, respectively. Dobbins is my preferred play here as I think he's a more talented back, but the price on Edwards on DraftKings is something you can't pass up as he's a full 6k cheaper than Dobbins there. It's not often that I would recommend rostering both backs in a timeshare, but the Ravens run game is that good and if they lead throughout this one I could see them just feeding both backs 15-20 touches.

DFS Wide Receivers

Jakobi Meyers (11,000 FD, 9,600 DK)
Willie Snead IV (8,000 FD, 5,000 DK)

N'Keal Harry is questionable for New England again, which could mean that Newton's top two receivers will be Meyers and Damiere Byrd. Meyers had a huge game on Monday night, securing 12 of 14 targets for 169 yards against the Jets. He's now been targeted 24 times over the last two weeks.

The WR1 on this Baltimore team is Marquise Brown, but he continues to be a disappointment on a weekly basis. He's cracked 100 yards receiving just once this season and has only two receiving touchdowns.

Rather than spend up on a Ravens receiver, I will be focusing mainly on their running backs and the TE position. But I really do like what Willie Snead has been doing out of the slot for Baltimore. He's caught 9 of his 11 targets the last two weeks for 143 yards and the matchup here against the Patriots is a lot softer on the inside.

DFS Tight Ends

Mark Andrews (12,500 FD, 7,600 DK)

Andrews has been ice cold the last three weeks and some of that may have to do with an injury that he's been nursing. But it also could do with a couple of tough matchups against the Colts and Steelers, too. Either way, Andrews is a better player than his recent stats are showing. He is one of Jackson's favorite red-zone targets and had five receiving touchdowns in Baltimore's first five games this season before his recent cold stretch. He's a mismatch for the New England linebackers and should find some space to work in the middle of the field.

DFS Defense/Special Teams

Justin Tucker (9,500 FD, 3,800 DK)

Nick Folk (8,500 FD, 3,600 DK)

Ravens D/ST (5,400 DK)

Tucker and Folk are two of the better kickers in the league and really nice values on DK. I prefer Tucker as I think Baltimore is likely going to spend more time on New England's side of the 50, but I'll have some exposure to both of them.

The Ravens' defense is absolutely in play here. They've been great at creating turnovers this season and will likely stop the run and force Cam Newton into a lot of throws. Cam's thrown 7 picks this year and lost three fumbles and we saw Baltimore create a defensive touchdown just last week.

That's all I got people! Enjoy this football-filled Sunday and I hope you hit the green on this showdown slate!
