Bryce Love Unlikely To Be Ready For Start Of Season

Washington Redskins rookie running back Bryce Love (knee) isn't expected to be ready to play at the start of the NFL season. Love put up decent numbers at Stanford after replacing Christian McCaffrey, but he never lived up to some of the early hype about his college career, and he enters the NFL in an unsettled Washington backfield that has veteran Adrian Peterson, second-year back Derrius Guice -- who missed all of last year with a knee injury -- and receiving back Chris Thompson. Love shouldn't be on your re-draft radar at this point, as any production he has in 2019 is likely to come in limited quantities in the latter stages of the season.
