San Francisco 49ers cornerback Richard Sherman is feeling back to his old self during organized team activities. Last year at this time, Sherman was recovering from Achilles surgery and wasn't a full participant during the offseason program. He's calling the difference this year "night and day." He managed to play 14 games last year, but he still felt the effects of his Achilles surgery. Sherman also dealt with a calf injury last year, but that's also in the past.
