David Hess Moving To Bullpen
David Hess will head to the bullpen to clear space for John Means in the starting rotation, according to manager Brandon Hyde. Hess is 1-4 with an ugly 5.88 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 18 strikeouts in 26 innings in his six appearances (five starts) for the O's so far this year. He should be well off anyone's fantasy radar for the time being. Means, on the other hand, has been one of Baltimore's most effective pitchers in the early going, posting a 1.74 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 23 K's in 20 2/3 frames in his seven outings (three starts).
