Hendrick Motorsports driver Chase Elliott ended up finishing second at the STP 500 at Martinsville Speedway just behind Penske Racing's Brad Keselowski, who dominated by leading 446 of the 500 laps led. Elliott was sizing up Keselowski for a while down the stretch, but he just couldn't find enough grip to make a run on the No. 2 car. Elliott gives Chevrolet it's best finish of the season, one which has been dominated by Ford and Toyota. The circuit moves to Texas next week, and Elliott leads all active drivers with an 7.17 Average-Finish Position in his six career starts, and he has never finishes lower than 11th in Fort Worth.--Daniel DobishRead More News
