Billy Horschel shot a 13-under par last weekend at the Farmers Insurance Open to finish the event in eighth place. Outside of his withdrawal at the Dell Technologies Championship in September, Horschel has been outstanding in his previous 11 tournaments, making all 11 cuts while contributing six top-11 results. Because of his recent success on tour, the 32-year-old will be one of the more popular options this week at the Waste Management Open. His $8,800 price tag on DraftKings is rather cheap given his current form, and we have no issues in using him as a core cash-game selection. However, game-theory would suggest that fading Horschel in GPP events could pay dividends, but the only real reason to ignore him would be because of his ownership. Horschel checks out all the boxes that you would hope to see this week and will be a tough player to avoid. --Spencer Aguiar - RotoBaller
