Anaheim Ducks goaltender John Gibson was pulled about midway through the final frame of his team's 5-1 defeat to the visiting St. Louis Blues on Wednesday night. While it certainly wasn't his best performance (allowed five goals on 31 shots), Gibson received very little support in front of him as the Ducks were only able to muster 13 shots throughout the entire contest. The 25-year-old looked like an early favorite for the Vezina Trophy as the league's top netminder through the first three months of the season but has seen his game regress in January in collecting just two wins, a 3.26 goals-against average and a .900 save percentage in nine starts. He'll look to return to top form after the All-Star break.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
