The Cincinnati Reds named David Bell as their new manager on Sunday and signed him to a three-year contract that runs through the 2021 season. The deal also includes a team option for 2022. The 46-year-old Bell was the Giants vice president of player development in 2018 and will be a manager in the big leagues for the first time. He was a minor league manager in the Reds farm system three different times, however. Bell will be tasked with turning a team around that went 67-95 and finished last place in the National League Central.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
