Colorado Rockies shortstop and No. 8 ranked prospect Garrett Hampson has been called up from Double-A Hartford to Triple-A Albuquerque. Currently in Double-A, Hampson is hitting .304 with an .857 OPS in 172 plate appearances and will make the Triple-A level for the first time in his professional career.
